Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio Reading 5/16/2022

Hello everyone! Welcome to yet another intuitive Lunar reading with Monty’s Tarot Child. I am honored to bring you this message.

The Full Moon that we are experiencing in May will be intense. With the Moon being Full and in the sign of Scorpio, Spirit is asking us to take a look at what toxicities we still cling to or may still identify ourselves with. For clarification though, not all negativity is toxic, but, all toxicity is negative. And that’s what we are releasing. I point out this clarification because we have the 7 of swords centering the tarot. We probably have gotten very good at holding onto toxic situations or memories because we were conditioned or convinced to believe that holding onto this pain would “make us stronger”. That’s not actually the case. The strongest thing a person could do for themselves is to move away from what no longer brings harmony or peace of mind. The 7 of Swords is surrounded by two Major Arcana cards, The Chariot and The Moon. These two water-ruled and emotionally impactful cards depicts us all listening more closely to our subconscious, emotions and our intuition. What is your mind and spirit trying to communicate with you at the end of your day, when everything is silent? The Moon card’s presence suggests that we will be doing a lot of intuitive digging to find out what it is that keeps us connected to what inevitably brings us pain. This is a learning phase for us all though. And with the Page of Pentacles’ energy in the tarot this feels like a reminder to not get too caught up in the physical aspects of what you are trying to shed. Review each emotion in a detached way, or in someone’s case literal items, in order to evaluate if that “thing” needs to come along on this new journey in your life. In this process Spirit is introducing into all of our lives a lessening need to control the outcome of things. There is a ruminative energy coming into our lives where we feel less focused on the tangible and more on the dreamy experiences life has to offer. In order to fully embody and achieve these experiences we have to surrender to the plans that the Universe has in store for each one of us. Each cycle that everyone of us is going through looks different. Some of us are falling more in love with our minds after struggling so long with negative self-talk. Some of us are feeling more bold in our actions because we realize the only thing blocking us is our minds. And some of us are realizing that if we believed everything that we have ever been told that we couldn’t do, humanity would never have achieved all that we have. With Jupiter in Gemini’s energy here with the card ‘Bluff’, Spirit is asking you to walk confidently into the new experiences that are opening up for you in life. You don’t have to be “somewhat experienced” in order to try something for the first time. If fear, or just a fear of not knowing, is what keeps you from going after something why not gain more knowledge on the very thing that frightens you? Like if you want to go skydiving why not look up the process or find a YouTube video of someone else trying it for their very first time. We are all new at something. And this is for someone very specific, don’t be afraid to look silly doing something you’ve never done before. There is something that we are all being attracted to during this Full Moon. With Scorpio’s influence in the sky and Venus in Leo represented in the reading, we will all be drawn to something with a little more flare for the dramatics. For example, you could be drawn to the natal astrology of the cast of that reality show that you love. It could literally be anything. But Spirit is asking you to fall into it, safely and confidently. We are being called to release in order to obtain our deepest desires. We can’t bring the negativity that we’re used to. Even if “it’s just a little bit” or you think it “won’t get in the way”. It will.
